Emotions did not remain internal but were drawn down into material form. The heart was reconstructed not as an organ, but as an object exposed to the outside. Hoses and cables intertwine like nerves, blurring the boundary between organism and machine. The compressed and bound structure visually reveals a state in which emotions are controlled.
The human body is positioned not as a subject, but as a system. Movement is restricted, while existence remains connected. The red light suggests life, along with anxiety and warning. The space is set up as if situated somewhere between a laboratory and consciousness. All elements converge toward a ‘state of being alive but not free.’
This work is an art direction that records the process of emotions being structured and materialized.
